The recent “Apple Doesn’t Fall Far from the Tree” benefit concert featuring local musicians and their talented children was a success, attracting nearly 250 fans and raising approximately $3,000 for the Pettingill School Park project. Event organizers wish to thank the performers, raffle donors Betty Harris and Charlene Leclair, Doug and Gini Haines of Haines Photography and the Franco Center for their contributions, as well as event volunteers Carolyn Court, Pauline Taylor, Margaret Craven, Rep.
