The Dream Team, a fundraising group for Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice’s annual Hospice House 5K & Remembrance Walk, will present a Paint Night on Thursday, August 20 at the American Legion building at 426 Washington Street in Auburn.

Doors will open at 5 p.m. for a social hour with a cash bar; painting instruction will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. Each participant will complete a beautiful work to take home called “The Bridge.”

The cost is $40 per person, which includes all materials. Space is limited and advance registration with payment is required. All proceeds will benefit patient care at AHCH’s Hospice House. For more information, call 333-6300 or email HH5Kpaintparty@gmail.com.

The Hospice House 5K & Remembrance Walk takes place in May of each year to support care for patients who have little or no health insurance. The Dream Team believes that all people deserve compassionate end-of-life care, regardless of their ability to pay. Last year, the group raised over $8000 for the event.
