The Great Falls Balloon Festival will host its 24th annual celebration August 19 through 21 at Simard-Payne Memorial Park in Lewiston and Festival Plaza in Auburn. The success of the festival depends upon the skills and time contributed by volunteers, who are needed to assist with various activities, including staffing souvenir and information booths, field clean-up, crowd control, supply delivery, staffing balloon crews, and much more. Volunteer shifts are typically one to four hours long.
